      1、项目介绍:

      进行捷达品牌经销商基本管理及核心销售能力提升

      基本管理:营销计划制定、销售漏斗管理、基础财务知识

      核心销售:集客能力提升、邀约/约回能力提升、高试驾体验提升

      1.2.2 工作内容:

    lol竞猜  方案开发:包含但不限于培训计划、课程指南、指导视频、管理工具与优秀案例

    lol竞猜  远程诊断:入店前与经销商进行远程沟通,充分了解被辅导经销商基本情况

      入店辅导:分两阶段开展,第一阶段进行管理与销售能力培训;第二阶段进行效果检查与弱项巩固

      2、招募标准

      2.1 公司注册时间:2015年6月1日前注册,该标准为否决项

      入店辅导能力提升方向:管理及销售能力入店辅导两方面都可实施(注:管理能力为营销计划、销售漏斗管理、基础财务知识等;销售能力为集客能力、邀约/约回能力、高试驾体验能力等),需提供之前相关项目商务合同复印件,该标准为否决项

      2.3 公司规模:注册资金人民币100万及以上,或等同外币资金,该标准为否决项

      2.6 公司能够开具内容为“培训费”的增值税专用发票,该标准为否决项

      3、招募要求

      3.1 具备五年及以上汽车行业国内品牌及合资品牌销售及lol竞猜app培训经验

      3.2 公司及培训师专业素质:

      · 辅导顾问需对汽车行业有深入了解,具备五年以上乘用车经销商管理经验和培训经验,管理经验包含从业管理经验、或作为派驻人员提供管理服务经验、或作为咨询顾问提供管理服务经验,之前担任过经销商总经理优先

    lol竞猜  · 辅导顾问应具有丰富的汽车经销商问题诊断能力,能从经销商经营数据和员工访谈中精准发现经销商存在的问题

      · 辅导顾问应具备较强的沟通能力,具有现场辅导经验并熟悉经销商运营,能针对经销商存在的问题提供切实可行的解决方案

      · 辅导顾问具有丰富的辅导材料开发经验

      4、须提交资料

      4.1 公司概况,包括但不限于公司规模、主营业务和组织机构等

      4.2 《申报表》(见附件1):请如实填写贵司相关信息,加盖公司公章并请法人代表签字

      4.3 公司资质证明文件:营业执照,税务登记证,组织机构代码证及其它证明材料;法人代表证明书或法人委托书;法人代表身份证、经办人身份证。(注:以上内容请提供复印件;营业执照请加盖公司公章并提供营业执照官网真伪查询信息)

      4.4 培训师合同及可核查的社保证明复印件:提供培训师的合同复印件及2019年7月-2019年12月的可核查的全部培训师的社保证明,并将培训师相应信息汇总至《培训师师资统计表》中(见附件2),该表需要加盖公司公章并请法人代表签字。注:采购部将核查社保证明,请确保社保证明的有效性、真实性及全面性,请确保招募截止日后2周内可网上查询

    lol竞猜  2018年-2019年为国内品牌及合资品牌执行的应招方向的项目合同复印件(销售及lol竞猜app培训方向:销售及lol竞猜app培训合同必须同时提供;入店辅导提升方向:管理及销售能力入店辅导合同必须同时提供,缺一不可),出于保密原则的考虑,合同中的关键信息如价格等可以不展示。请在培训执行合同lol竞猜右上方注明该合同中能体现合作企业名称、项目执行内容、执行天数等关键信息对应的合同页码,并将这些信息在合同文本中圈注,涉及培训天数,若合同中不能查询到,需要提供证明文件,手写培训天数无效;如为英文合同,请将以上信息圈注及翻译。请在课件开发合同lol竞猜右上方注明该合同中能体现应招方向、合作企业名称、项目执行年份、课程名称及课程天数等关键信息对应的合同页码,并将这些信息在合同文本中圈注,涉及课程名称,若合同中不能查询到,需要提供证明文件。并将上述所有关键合同信息汇总填写至附件《项目合同统计表》中(见附件3),该表需要加盖公章及法人代表签字

      5、招募须知

      5.1 签约后业务范围:

    lol竞猜  一汽-大众捷达品牌针对经销商管理层员工及执行层员工的销售及lol竞猜app方面的培训实施及培训课程开发,内容包括捷达品牌历史、各车型lol竞猜app知识、销售流程及管理培训等(注明:培训实施需销售及lol竞猜app内容同时讲授)

      5.1.2 入店辅导提升方向:

    lol竞猜  · 基本管理培训:营销计划制定、销售漏斗管理、基础财务知识

      · 核心销售培训:集客能力提升、邀约/约回能力提升、高试驾体验提升

    lol竞猜  5.2 商业机密保护及诚信廉洁要求:

    lol竞猜  在招募及后续合作过程中,供应商必须遵守一汽-大众汽车有限公司相关保密协议,以及诚信廉洁等要求

    lol竞猜  5.3 提案比稿:

      捷达品牌销售事业部部会对招募初选入围的公司进行提案比稿。通过提案比稿后,采购部进行比价,签订合同后,必须参加TTT培训和课程试讲,通过的培训师在后续实施培训过程中原则上不允许变更

      5.4 注意事项

      如供应商提报材料过程中发现资料作假,将取消提案比稿资格。如后续签约后发现作假,一汽-大众汽车有限公司将有权终止合作

The recruitment is divided into two directions: sales and product training direction, and in store coaching ability improvement direction.     1. Project introduction:

    1.1 Sales and product training direction

    Training direction:
